How do I log into my account on the DONOBi home page?

Open the DONOBi home page www.donobi.com; select the My accounts link at the top center of the page. When the login screen opens enter full email address User@domain.net and the password associated with that email address.

Does DONOBi repair computers?

DONOBi does “in-house” computer repairs; meaning the customer brings the computer to the DONOBi offices.

How much does “in-house” support cost?

For DONOBi customers, if the problem is directly related to connecting to the internet, viewing web pages or sending/receiving email the first 30 minutes of diagnostics, troubleshooting & repair is free. After this free period DONOBi charges New and Existing Customers $35 per hour billed in half hour increments, minimum 1 hour. Non-customers $70 per hour billed in half hour increments, minimum 1 hour.

What types of “in-house” support services does DONOBi offer?

DONOBi technicians can perform most types of software support and all types of hardware repair/replacement for desktop computers, DONOBi can not support hardware repair/replacement on laptop computers nor reconstruct damaged Hard Drives.

How long will it take DONOBi to complete repairs to my computer?

The amount of time it takes to complete repairs depends on the task to be performed. Below is a list of ESTIMATED times to complete common tasks.

Why does it take 2 business days to get my computer back?

The technicians that work on the computers are the same ones answering incoming technical support phone calls, which is their primary responsibility.

Why can’t DONOBi walk me through the repairs over the phone?

DONOBi’s technical support staff routinely assists customers in making repairs over the phone; however there comes a time when repairs become more involved or complex than can be handled over the phone. At this point DONOBi technicians routinely recommend professional assistance, and if within the capabilities of DONOBi’s technicians, they usually recommend bringing it into DONOBi offices.

Does DONOBi offer any warranty for replacement parts?The only warranty for replacement parts is the part’s manufacturer’s warranty.

Does DONOBi offer any warranty for other repairs?

installation & network configuration for $80/hour by appointment only.

Can DONOBi come to my house for computer repair?

Does DONOBi offer training for its customers?

No, but DONOBi can highly recommend Kitsap Computer Tutor for training.

Is there somewhere I can take my computer for repairs in Grant County?

You can bring it to the Moses Lake office on the corner of 3rd and Alder.

How long will you have my computer?

We typically have them fixed and out the door by the end of the day or the

next morning day.

Do you make house calls in Grant County?

Yes. We will come out and fix your computer and fiber problems. We can

usually schedule you in for the same day.

How much are house calls?

They are $65.00/hr.
