What is DTV?
DONOBi TV is Digital Television right over Fiber optics.
What kind of cable does it use?
It uses CAT5 to go from the gateway to the set-top box.
What is a set-top box?
A set-top box is similar to cable box. It stores all your channel, and guide information.

What do I Need to Get DTV?
Fiber needs to be available to your house and you need a CAT 5 cable from the gateway to the spot where you want TV service.
Where do I Get My Set-Top Box?
You can pick it up at our local Moses Lake office located at 124 e 3rd Ave. Suit 203. It’s on the corner of 3rd and Alder.
How do I Set up My Set-Top Box?
You simply plug in the power cable to a wall socket, you plug the top coaxial jack on the set-top box labeled OUT to the coaxial jack labeled IN on your TV, and your CAT5 cable in the back where you see this symbol
What does “Network Error” on my Set-Top Box Mean?
It usually means that the CAT5 cable is not plugged in. Make sure both ends of the cable are inserted securely into the plug. If problem continues call Technical Support.
How do I Program the Remote to Control my TV?
Turn on your TV, press the TV button on the remote, press and hold the setup button until it blinks twice then let go, use the manufacturer’s code in the remote instruction booklet, then press power and the TV should turn off. If the TV does not turn off repeat trying each code for your TV until your TV turns off. You can call 1-866-866-5454 from 8AM to 9Pm MON-FRI, and from 10am to 6PM SAT and SUN.
How do I get Extended Hours Support?
Hold the power button in on the front of the set-top box until the green light turns red. Push the power again and the red light should turn green, and your guide will be back.
My guide is showing “No Information” next to all the channels.
Push the button at the top left of the remote. The button has “cbl” on it or it will have a little Myrio symbol on it. If that doesn’t work check the batteries. If the problem continues call Tech support.
My remote won’t change the channel anymore.
