Step 1.
Open Outlook Express
Click "Tools" and click "Accounts"
Step 2.
Choose "Add" and then "Mail"
Step 3.
Enter the name you would like to appear on your email headers (most people use their first and/or last name or their business or family name).
Step 4.
Type in your email address and click "Next"
Step 5.
The type of server should be "POP3", both mail servers should be mail. and the end of your email address. In the example here, since the email address was "username@donobi.net", both mail servers will be "mail.donobi.net". Click "Next" when you are finished.
Step 6.
Type in your Password (the E-mail username will already be filled in) and click "Next"
Step 7.
Click "Finish"
