Step 1.

Open the Start menu and select "Email: Windows Mail" at the top-left.

Choose "Tools" and "Accounts"

Choose "Add"

Choose "Email Account" and click "Next"

Type the name you would like your emails to appear as coming from (most people use their name or the name of their business or household). Then click "Next"

Enter your DONOBi email address and click "Next"

The type of server should be "POP3", both mail servers should be mail. and the end of your email address. In the example here, since the email address was "customer@donobi.net", the mail servers will be "mail.donobi.net". Make sure to check-mark the "Outgoing server requires authentication" box and then click "Next".

Type in your Password (the E-mail username will already be filled in) and click "Next"
